A By-law to amend to the " City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing

Code Administration By-law, 1974, No. 1298", os,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Code Administration

By~law, 1974, No. 1298" is amended by inserting, after Section 9, the following

OAL Part 1 of the Canadian Code for Farm Buildings applies to

farm buildings other than residences."

2. The "Schedule of Building Permit Fees" provided by Appendix "A" of the

‘By-law is amended by renumbering the present clause (b) as clause (c)

and inserting the following as a new clause (b).: i

"(b) In addition to the fees provided in clause (a) hereof the

following fees shall also be payable to assist in defraying ;

the cost of microfilming of plans:

(4) For residential alterations under $5,000.00 - $ 2.00

(it) For single family residential construction - $ 5.00

$10.00."

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
