Completion of rezoning application 36/89; b. Submission of a landscaping plan and bonding to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department. Bylaw 2573, to rezone the subject property to C-2, Commercial, received first and second reading on March 4, 1991 and will be up for Public Hearing on March 25, 1991. After obtaining approval to proceed, and prior to the introduction of the rezoning bylaw, the Developer submitted to the Planning Department a design that is satisfactory. Required off-site improvements have been communicated to the applicant, as part of the rezoning process. A Development Servicing Agreement will be compled prior to final adoption of the rezoning bylaw. Parks and Recreation Department: The Parks and Recreation Department has not yet approved a landscape plan for this project.
