That Section 32B of Bylaw 1020 which reads “No person shall keep a
raccoon, skunk, or squirrel other than in accordance with the minimum care
standards outlined in the Procedure Manual dated July 2, 1985 dealing with the
possession of live wildlife prepared by the Ministry of Environment.” be

repealed.
