the Province of British Columbia;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counei1 of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

certified by Dy, Dyck, British Columbia Land Surveyor, datad the 24th
day of February, 1989, at or for the price or Sum of $44,268.75 and in
exchange for those certain Percels or tractg of land desertbed in the
next Section hereof,
