INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS

The City requires evidence of current liability insurance from any
applicant proposing to use City streets or Parks for special
events.

The minimum liability insurance requirements are as follows:

(a) Inclusive limit of $2,000,000 P.L. and P.D.;

(bp) Cross liability clause;

(c) City of to be named as an insured for duration of
event.

Confirmation that the necessary insurance has been obtained must be
submitted to: , City Hall.

NOTE: For your convenience, the City has advised Sport B.C. of
these insurance requirements and Sport 8.C. will provide a premium
quotation to Special Events applicants. This can be arranged by
calling Mr. Bob Reed or Mr. Murray Morrison at Sport 8.C., telephone
526-8641, preferably 30 days in advance of the event.
