(hereinafter called the "City")

OF THE SECOND PART:
WHEREAS:

A. The Developer is the owner of and proposes to develop
certain lands and premises located within the City of
Port Coquitlam, ir the Province of British Columbia, and

more particulariy known and described as

Lot C, District Lot 380, Group 1, NWD, Plan 5969.

(hereinafter cailed the "said lands")

for single family and duplex use;
