SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit
1756 Pitt River Road.

RECOMMENDATION:

. That as recommended by the City Engineer in his
memorandum of May 28th, 1987 a Development Variance Permit
be approved varying the requirements of Bylaw 2241,
Schedule 8, to eliminate the requirement of the
reconstruction of Cameron Avenue.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its
meating of June 8th, 1987 the owners and esidents of
property surrounding the subject property have been advised
that Council are considering issuance of this Development
Variance Permit at its meeting of July 6th, 1987.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions
should be considered by the Counci! and a decision reached as
to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be
issued. "
