February 2, 1987 / 28 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hal! on Monday, February 2nd, 1987 at 7:30 : p.m. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Engineer F.,E. Peters, Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown, Parks and Recreation Director K.J. Taylor and Secretary S. Rauh. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" would now be considered: BL/01/87/02/02/01 Bylaw No. 2231: To rezone Lots 3 and 4, Biock "N", District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 16910, New Westminster District from P-2 (Special Institutional) to C-4 (Town Centre Commercial). The property is addressed as 2272 Leigh Square and the rezoning would permit use of the property by the Elk's Club of Port Coquitiam. ‘No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing.
