A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port DEC 12 4983
Coquitlam Sawer Rates 8 law, 1964",
: 4 DEC 29 1983

The Municipal Counci| of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as foliows:

Section 4 of Bylaw Neo, 752, cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates
Bylaw, 1964" js repealed.

Schedule "A" of Bylaw No. 752 cited as the “City of Port Coquitiam Sewer Rates
Bylaw, [964 as enacted by the "City of Pert Coquitiam Sewer Rates Bylaw, 1964,
Amendment Byiaw, 1982, No. 1926" is hereby deleted and Schedule "A" attached to
and forming Part of this Bylaw is substituted therefor,

This Bylaw shall take effect, come. into force, and be binding on al! persons on
and from the First day of January, 1984, or on the dare of its final adootion,
whichever date is later.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Sewer
Rates Bylaw, 1964, Amendment Bylaw, 1983, No. 2009",

Read a first time by the Municioal Counci! this Twelfth day of December, 1983,

Read a second time dy the Municipal Counc! this Twelfth day of December, 1983.
Read a third time by the Municipal Counci! this Twelfth dav of December, 1983.

Received the approval of the Minister of Municioal Affairs this
Twenty-third day of December, 1983.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adooted by the Municioal Counci! of The.
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam this oe ‘day of >
1983.
