Dear Ms. Janna Taylor:

We hereby make formal application for the use of the City
Park located next to the City Yall known as "City Hall Park",
(this according to clerks at Port Coquitlam Dept. of Parks and
Recreation.) We will require the park on May 15th., 1982
between 9:30 in the morning until 2:30 in the afternoon.

During the time stated we will set up an information
table with banners and placards. We will be distributing 3 af
information leaflets, reports and letters which we have enclosed
for your perusal. ot HF

Our main objective in holding such an assembly is to inform
the public of the possible cancer causine effects of the
continued aerial Spraying of local blueberry farms.

If we are unable to attain the above mentioned park for our
use, we have chosen an alternate Site. It is Arzie Park. We will

require it on the same date as above and during the same hours.
