LEGAL . DESCRIPTION: Lot 104, Block F, SE%, Section 7, Township 40, Plan 20984. BACKGROUND: The duplex in guestion was constructed prior to 1969. As a xesult, when the current zoning by-law was adopted, the property was not included in the newly created RT-1 zone. The purpose of this application is to rectify the non-conforming status of the duplex. The property conforms to all requirements to be zoned as a duplex lot.
