FEAL AIA ad ate wes ginetel ae A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1993, No. 2848" AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program to ensure consistency between; (b) determined that no applicabl. waste management plan exists for consideration; (c) determined that the amendment to the. plan does not affect the City of Coquitlam, District of Pitt Meadows, The City of Surtey or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1, 1994, No. 2874". The designation "Apartment" shown on Schedule "B" of the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1993, No. 2848" applying to: Lot 14 and 15 District Lot 466 Group one Plan 13361 New Westminister District is removed and the designation "Neighbourhood Commercial" is applied. Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the majority of all members of the Council this 2ist day of February, 1994. Read a second time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the majority of all members of the Council this 21st day of February, 1994. Determined that the amendment to the plan does not effect the City of Coquitlam, the District of Pitt Meadows, the City of Surrey, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District this 21st day of February, 1994.
