SUBJECT: Proposed Closure - St. Michael Street at Lougheed Highway
(Public Works Committee August 21, 1990)

Recommendations:

That Council approve the request for a road stop up and closure on St. Michael
Street from Angelo Avenue to the Lougheed Highway.

The Committee considered the attached report and noted that a hazard could be
created if vehicles were permitted to enter onto the Lougheed Highway from the
