Development Variance Permit No. 71/89 for 3450 Coast Meridian Road.

THAT the Clerk's Office be directed to inform surrounding property
owners of this application and to place a resolution on a subsequent agenda
of City Council to issue development variance permit to Lot 3 of Section 6
in Twp 40 NWLD Plan 11944 relaxing the rear yard setback from 7.5 metres
(24.6 feet) to 6 metres (20 feet) and the side yard setback from 7.5 metres
(24.6 feet to 5.5 metres (18 feet).

Reeve Street Park - Christmas Tree Burn.

That the Port Coquitlam Fire Fighters be given permission to use Reeve
Street Park for a Christmas Tree Burn on Saturday, January 6th, 1990.

From the Parks and Recreation Director, November 30th, 1989 regarding
Lougheed Mediaa - Removal of Trees.

a) That the concept of removal of certain trees along the Lougheed
Highway between Westwood Street and Hastings Street be approved
(please see attached diagram which outlines the concept)

That the 1989 estimated cost of $16,000 to remove the trees and
replant them be put into the 1990 provisional budget.
