The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
Open meeting assembled, enacts ag follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

is hereby rezoned from RS-1L (Large Lot Residential) to RT1 (Two Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240" tgs hereby amended to reflect this rezoning,
