That the request from Genstar to instal! Lumec L-29 = street light fixtures and to incorporate inter-locking paving bricks into the roadway entrance and sidewalks in their subdivision be approved; and ; 2. That tne approval be subject to Genstar acceoting maintenance responsibilities for these items for 4 period of two years after their installation. Backaround and Comments: The attached letter from Genstar provides the background to this request.
