THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2380

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Citv of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British
Columbia which are more particularly described as:

Lot 4 Parcel "A” (Bylaw Plan 67755)
District Lot 479 District Lot 479

Group One and Group One

Plan 18094 Plan 2145

New Westminster District New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-l (Large Lot Residential) to RM~3 (Townhouse
Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

; 2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2380".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this ith day of July, 1988.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this llth day of July,
