Its Merchantable Timber stand is estimated to contain 240,000,-000,000 board feet. It has over 20,000,000 acres of tillable Land with adequate moisture. It is richly mineralized with practically every Mineral known to the North American Continent. Almcst half of Canada’s total harvest from the sea is taken on the Western Seaboard. As a producer of Manufactured Goods, it comes next to Ontario and Ouebec. All its Basic Industries are in robust condition, with outputs closely approaching and in some cases exceeding those of the banner years. The per capita Purchasing Power of its people shows the greatest increase in the whole of Canada. The trades which take their tone from the basic Industries all show a healthy stimulation. The Revenues are the richest in the history of the Province.
